Shipping
We ship our orders by:
Malaysia: PosLaju (1-2 days)
International: DHL (3-5 days)
You need to specify the shipping option you want or we will send it by USPS First Class Mail. We ship worldwide, but payment and information most be complete and clear. Worldwide shipping is a little more expensive; please contact us for additional information.
All shipping options include a tracking number you can use to track your package(s) by calling DHL or visiting their Web Site. If your order is taking more time than expected, there most be a good reason for the delay. We usually ship as soon as the payment is cleared, but there are some other products that can take longer because of the ordering and/or manufacturing processes:

As we manufacture our own products, you have to give us some time to produce them after your order. This way, we will be able to send you a superior product done accordingly with high quality standards. Once we finish your order we send it to you according to the shipping option you selected at ordering time. For example, if you order a custom EL panel (3 to 20 days) and selected DHL (3 to 5 days) as your shipping option, then your order will be arriving to your home form 7 to 14 days after ordering.
Arriving time = days to be ready for shipment + shipping time
All order specifications and personal information most be clear, complete and precise. Remember that we deal with customized products. If you do not specify what you really want (colors, logo, background…) or your address is incorrect, we won’t be able to go further with the order and the arriving time will be unpredictable.
By the way, if an item is on backorder we will contact you with all the information needed.
