- How do I purchase the Light Panel?

- Step1) Transfer the money to our account (paypal account: billing[at]glowtron.com replace the [at] with @)
- Step2) Email the artwork to us(info[at]glowtron.com),preferably in vector format (illustrator,coreldraw, size of artwork should be 27cm x 8c,). We can also design it for you.
- Step3) We will e-mail you the mockup. Once you have agreed, we will proceed with the printing
- Step4) We will deliver it to you via DHL (3-5 working days, tracking number included)
- What is included in the package?

- How do I install the Light Panel
- In a nutshell, all you have to do is connect the Light Panel to a 12V Power source. We highly recommend connecting it to your vehicles tail light. (Please refer to the detailed installation guide that comes with your Light Panel or read the online version.) By connecting it to your car lights, the Light Panel will only light up when the car lights is switched on.
- Is the Light Panel size fixed?
- Yes, the Light Panel size is fixed at 27cm x 8cm. This is due to quality, if we were to cut the panel without using any machine, the quality will not be as good.
- 5) Is there any discount if I purchase more units?
- Absolutely! The more you buy, the cheaper it gets! Listed below is the pricing structure:

- Where is Glowtron located?
- We are located at the Bayan Lepas Free Trade Zone in Penang Malaysia. Intel, Agilent, Jabil, Flextronics and Motorola are just a few MNC's which are located at the Bayan Lepas FTZ.
- How do you send the panels?
- All our panels are tested before being shipped out. The panels are also wrapped using bubble wrap to ensure that it does not get damaged during shipment. We use DHL for all international orders. Tracking number will also be provided so that our customer can track their parcel.
- What are the benefits of buying from Glowtron?

We are the first to offer customized EL Panel with a MOQ (minimum order quantity) of 1 unit. We als do not charge any tooling cost (which can run into the hundreds). The price of our EL Panel are also very competitive.

- All payment processing will be done at PayPal, and not our website. We will only store your contact information (address & e-mail) and not your credit card information.
- How do I know if my order has been received?
- Upon receipt of your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You will also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.
- Can I add to an existing order?
- You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot add items to the same order. If youd like to order additional items, please place a new order.
- Can I self collect?
- Yes. If you are from Penang (or if you don't mind dropping by our office) you can collect the items at this location:

- In most cases, it will only take 3 working days to prepare the panel (since its customized) and usually between 3-5 working days for delivery.

- Yes, our logistic personnel will need to confirm with you about the receivers details based on the information provided.
- How do I check the progress of my order?
- You can check the progress of your order by logging in to this website, using your user name and password, and check your order history from the 'My Account' page. This will show your order number and the order status.
- How much is the delivery charge?
